I really love these pants! The material is flowy and lightweight, which is exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other barrel-leg pants that can feel stiff or overly structured, these have a relaxed drape that makes them comfortable and easy to wear. The medium fit me perfectly, and the length was just right. The design is what really makes these stand out. I love the barrel-leg shape and how the pants give off that effortless streetwear look without trying too hard. The fabric is breathable, and they’re lightweight enough to pack for trips without taking up much room in a suitcase. They’re easy to dress up or down depending on the shoes and top I pair them with. My favorite thing about these pants is how stylish they are while still feeling incredibly comfortable but also the material and stretchy fabric. I can wear them all day and still feel like my outfit looks put together. I honestly wouldn’t change much about them. I’d love to see more colors because I could definitely see myself buying another pair!

To address the elephant in the review right up front, these pants are not my style, and it was hard to get past just how not my style they are. However, if barrel-leg pants ARE your style, I love that for you and would almost certainly recommend these. Here's what you should know: Comfort: they're a nice-feeling material, especially the lining, and they wear comfortably around the house. They feel like a step up in luxury and presentation from sweatpants, which would be my nearest comfort alternative. They're also much more lounge-able than a tech pant. I think they mostly hit the mark for comfort (more on this in a bit). Quality: In addition to feeling nice, the materials seem durable and I've had no issues with anything so far. They also have some nice touches like a zippered inner pocket that feels high quality and stays out of your way, and a rubber loop and branding details that also give a touch of quality beyond just printed logos or stitched details. Design: A few details separate the design from the style for me, and I wanted to call them out specifically. First is the pleating/stitching, which I didn't care for not because of how it looked (that's a style detail) but because of how it felt. I found it annoying to be able to feel random stitching details through the pants when I'm just lounging around. They are similar to outdoors/tech pants in some of the details, but with none of the practicality. Not what I want from a casual lounge pant. Another design gripe is the slant pockets. Even though the pockets themselves are deep, I had my phone fall out a few times due to the combination of slant pockets and slick liner material. The zipper inner pocket (only 1) helps, but I wouldn't keep my phone in there. Lastly, I didn't care for the waistband in these. It feels like they chose a durable material, but it's rougher than the rest of the pants and especially compared to the comfortable liner. It also has a stiff edge that just felt out of place with the casual/lounge purpose of the pants. Overall, though, they're a good quality pant that sits in some kind of midway point between loungewear and technical athleisure. It's not for me, but maybe it's for you.

For my first ever pair of barreled pants they are not bad. They are usually not my style but for me they have worked well when I layer. We get some decently cold winters in Colorado so I like to layer and these pants have been great for that. They allow me to wear sweats underneath the barrel-leg pants and I don't feel restricted. The material is also a positive for when I layer because it is light weight.
