  5 stelle dopo essere rimasto sorpreso da un acquazzone con queste scarpe da ginnastica e averle lavate in lavatrice. Fino a questo momento si sono anche bagnati più volte sotto la pioggia mentre facevo jogging, ma mai così tanto... Dopo la lavatrice sono tornati come nuovi, nonostante ci abbia già corso 250 km... Sono molto comode, resistenti e morbide per i piedi quando corri. Su asfalto e cemento è semplicemente fantastico! Sono completamente soddisfatto! C'è un inconveniente, quando sali sul fango bagnato, le suole sono scivolose... Ma se stai attento, va bene... Grazie Nike!

  Here is the thing. Had an injury on my knee as a dancer 3 years ago and since then I have been trying to find a shoe that can minimize the vibration that can cause pain to my knee or discomfort. I've tried way too many shoes especially shoes that I can dance, do my workout and even walk. Bought the Renew Ride 3, and I am gonna be honest, it does not feel like you are walking in the clouds, or have the feeling that you are barefoot, but it is doing its job. Absorbing 90% of the vibrations when I am running and feel like there is enough support on the heel. At the same time, the space inside the shoe is enough for the foot to breathe and tight enough to keep it in place. The material on the heel it's rough but you can barely feel it. The shoe itself's not heavy but it's not light either. You can add an anatomical sole but it would be an overkill. In conclusion, it is a value-for-money shoe that can do things that a shoe with double its price can not.
