        I absolutely LOVE Alphaflys, but this version is unfortunately much worse than the earlier ones. I ended up having to return them which is nuts because they're my favorite shoe. They removed some of the fun bounce from before that was saving my knees for long runs, they also redesigned the heel in such a way that it gave me terrible blisters! I tried 2 different pairs in case one had a factory malfunction. Unfortunately, same thing. Please bring back the earlier Alphafly designs!

        These shoes might be great if you are a mid- or front-foot runner, but AVOID if you are a heel striker. Just ran London in them and was 35 minutes slower than Chicago six months ago and it felt like an uphill ultramarathon…

        Owned previous alphafly’s in the past and found the carbon plate was always digging in to the arch of my right foot. No such problem with Alphafly 3. Easy to slip on and off, loads of bounce and seriously comfortable. The best running shoe money can buy.
