The more flexibility you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.

The upper is made from breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed, like lunging, squatting and jumping.

La zapatilla es de buena calidad, sujeta muy bien el pie y es muy estable. Además, el ranurado Flex es muy práctico en el momento de flexionar el pie para determinados ejercicios. El problema para mi ha sido el excesivo puente en el arco del pie. Desconozco a qué se debe esta forma en la horma de la zapatilla, ya que en modelos de running o del día a día nunca la he encontrado. El resultado es que me siento incómoda con ellas y las he tenido que devolver

These feel stable, I like them, but I did not order up like I normally do for Nike based on the many reviews that said they were big and sized down. They are snug. I am returning my normal size 10 for a 10.5. I have a large instep so they were to pull on get but still slipped in.
