  As expected it’s superlight and high energy return, 10-20% efficient than .. i usually run 1 km in 5 minutes whereas with same effort I can complete a km in 4:30 by this shoe, superb design … a bit roomier at toe.

  Purchased for a marathon. Fits true to size and the toe box is roomy so comfortable. Though I did go for a runners knot to lock my heels in place they still feel not quite snug but they actually are and no rubbing/blisters. The arch is fairly prominent but not uncomfortable and nowhere near as bad as the alphafly. They do make you want to go fast and I had to be mindful not to over run with them but that is definitely not a negative! I’ve done a few medium runs to break them in and have noticed wear on the left heel so they will be brought out for race day only now. Really impressed and would recommend to people looking for a light, fast, comfortable to race shoe but not for daily training.

  Lightweight, responsive and fast! This is my first time owning a pair of Vaporflys and the speed available compared to my normal training shoes was noticeable. I normally run and train in the Pegasus and do my faster training sessions in the Zoom fly 5s. I understand that the use case for the shoes are different but once you lace up and get running in the Vaporflys there is no comparison. The one area where I could see some room for improvement is in the tongue as it is a bit awkward while lacing up the shoes. Once in the rhyme you don’t really notice it however, I could see someone who likes to wear ankle socks could find it annoying and lead to rubbing.
