• Worth every penny

  Wow. I absolutely love these shoes. Ran a mile on them indoors and they felt great, so I took them outdoors yesterday and it was the easiest, most comfortable 7 miles I’ve ever run. I comfortably ran about 20-30 seconds faster than my typical distance pace. I easily beat my PB for a 10k. In the past I’ve had some plantar fasciitis after long runs, but so far I have had zero pain. Even if these only last a couple hundred miles, they are worth every penny in my opinion. They fit snug around the mid foot but not too tight, I went with my typical size in running shoes (1/2 size up from my regular shoe size) and I had no issues with heel slippage or too much/too late space around the toes. They are extremely light weight and very bouncy. They feel a little less stable than my other running shoes, but I ran on gravel roads, blacktop, and paved trails in them and all felt great. I highly recommend these, especially as race day shoes!

• Lightweight/Comfortable Raceday Sneaker

  Recently purchased the Vaporfly 4 and I am very satisfied after two runs in them. I had no problem running a 5K and 10K in them within a few days of receiving. Eventually this will become my Raceday sneaker but I needed to break them in and see the comfort level in them. I have a very flat foot so this sneaker is perfect for me. Comparing them to the Vaporfly 2, this model is much lighter, and in my opinion more comfortable. I understand people's concern about longevity given the very thin material but I wouldn't say that is a reason not to purchase. Overall, very satisfied with the sneaker, material, and technology. Very excited to run my first half marathon in them next week!

• Too narrow in midsole

  This could’ve been the perfect shoe for me thanks to the thin upper, lacing, and great cushioning, but fell short and caused a lot of pain in the arch because the rubber sole of the shoe is way too narrow in the midsole. My midsole spilled over the edge of it, and while “contained” by the fabric upper surrounding it, it was painful and I had to return. If not for this significant issue, they otherwise checked all of the boxes.
