The responsiveness of this shoe, for me, is outstanding! My stride feels very even, very energetic, very comfortable. My usual shoe size is 5.5. I ordered 2 pairs (different colors), one in size 5.5, the other a size 6. They are both good for me- I wear a very thin sock with the smaller size and a thicker one with the larger size, and the feel and performance is practically the same. I use the heel lock lacing for both with excellent overall fit. Daily mileage averages about 5 miles on paved roads with some nice hills.

Got these to train for the Nike After Dark run in LA. Way too bouncy. The rebound is so aggressive it creates an unstable response in the ankle and knees. Very cute every day shoe. NOT recommended for running.

Great shoes. But they run small. Usually I wear woman’s 6 , I have tiny feet . I read reviews and ordered half size bigger , but it is still to small. Full size up will be good. I ordered all 3 colors . Same .
