Incredible temperature regulation thanks to the ventilation panel on the upper back and around the shoulders. I was impressed even when layering how well the shirt managed to dissipate heat from the skin. However, the seams inside the shirt are irritating after about 15 minutes of wear. These seams are where the ventilating fabric meets the solid fabric on the upper back and shoulders. I could not wear this shirt very long unfortunately due to the seams rubbing on my skin. There is a handy pocket near the lower right hip area for cards or cash to secure those while working out.

The shirt fit pretty true to size, maybe a bit tight, but that’s to be expected for an exercise/Dri-FIT shirt. The material was very light, soft, and comfortable. There is a sort of padded material on the back that was very neat, but it was a little itchy once I started to sweat. It was itchy enough to notice, but not itchy enough to really bother me. I REALLY liked the little pocket in the front of the shirt near the bottom. I love small details like this and it was super convenient for storing my airpods. It’s a really nice touch that goes a long way towards making a piece like this good value for money. The only changes I would personally make are the logo on the front and the itchy material. The logo is fine, but I usually prefer something a bit more simple such as just the Nike swoosh. The padded material on the back is nice, but maybe it could have been covered in a layer of Dri-FIT instead of touching the bare skin? Not sure if that would even work but it’s something that did stay in my mind while I wore the shirt. Overall, I’m glad to add this shirt into my rotation for the gym and running - this shirt is great for both of these activities.

Biggest thing I noticed is it stays comfortable even during harder workouts. Doesn’t trap heat, stretches well, and just feels higher quality than a normal workout shirt. Also looks clean enough to wear outside the gym without screaming “gym shirt.” Price is a little high, but honestly feels worth it if you train a lot.
