  Overall, as a multi event spike these are definitely a great option. For me, they fit true to size but it definitely varies from person to person. Haven't been using them extensively but so far they've held up pretty well. I do short distance, triple, long and high jump so these work pretty good for almost everything. If you do high jump specifically, please do not buy these, high jump spikes are very different and these are not meant for it. I ended up getting them in the white color from sport chek because that was the only one availible, and they do get pretty dirty especially from the sand pits so I would get it in a slitghly darker color. Got them half-off and they were definitely worth the money, so I can't really complain. Overall, if you're doing multiple events, these are 100% worth it.

• Great spikes for a middle school kid!

  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my son who is in 7th grade. This is his first year of track and field. Between his feet growing like a weed and not sure if he is going to like the sport I did not want to spend an arm and a leg on track spikes. He ended up loving the sport and loves the spikes. He says he loves how light they feel and how he does not feel like he is wearing any shoes. These shoes are very light and are a great value for a younger athlete who will grow out of them. Spike and wrench come with also which is a plus. I recommend!!

• Great, color and comfort for track spikes!
