Nike Tech Helios

I liked how light it felt on my body and that it was easy to move in. I like the black color, I couldn’t really tell too much about the design since it was black. There was also a pocket that isn’t a pocket or sleeve of some sort on the inside that I’m not sure of its purpose. The fabric allowed me to stay cool in the heat. I was able to play tennis in it and it allowed me to have sun protection and gave me a lot of flexibility to move around and hit on the court. I really liked the fact that I could dress it up with some nice shorts or use it during an activity where I’ll have to work hard. And pocket on the front or sleeve would be nice to hold some cards or a phone. Maybe even zippered or removable sleeves would be cool, then I can go sleeveless and get a tan while outside. .

The new Nike lifestyle collection seems to be tailored towards people who want a functional yet casual, everyday look. The black Nike tech Helios shirt is exactly that - it looks like a casual lightweight shirt for the outdoors - from a day outside at the beach, to hiking, to going out in the evening. It’s breathable and has UPF 40 sun protection. I love how soft and light it is. I sweat a lot when I’m outside but this shirt keeps me cool and dry. It’s the perfect shirt for the outdoors. I would love to see this in more colors with a more slimmer fit.

The first thing I noticed was how lightweight this shirt felt. Even though it's a long-sleeve layer, it never felt bulky, and the material stayed comfortable while I was outside. The Dri-FIT fabric did a good job keeping me dry, and I like that it also has built-in UV protection since it's nice not having to think about getting too much sun on my arms. One of my favorite things about this shirt is the fit. It's definitely on the looser side, but I actually prefer that because it gives you more room to move and doesn't feel restrictive. The breathable fabric and relaxed cut make it easy to wear for long periods, whether you're hiking, walking, or just spending time outside. The only thing I'd point out is that the loose fit won't be for everyone. If you like a more athletic or fitted look, you may want to size down. Personally, I liked the extra room and thought it matched the purpose of the shirt really well. Overall, It's comfortable, breathable, and has a clean design that works well both for outdoor activities and casual wear. I'd definitely keep reaching for it on sunny days.
