Built with a Nike Air unit and a thick stack of Cushlon 3.0 foam, the Winflo 12 is the perfect combination of enhanced responsiveness and consistent cushioning. Breathable mesh up top and an accommodating fit help you feel locked in and ready to push for that extra mile.
The upper is made with open-hole mesh for optimal breathability.
A higher stack of Cushlon 3.0 foam than previous models gives you more comfort and spring underfoot. It works with a Nike Air unit in the heel to help absorb impact and cushion every stride.
We widened the toe box, giving you a little more room in the forefoot. Flex grooves in the outsole offer integrated flexibility for a smooth stride.

not the best for running imo. comfortable for walking and other cardio, but i find it quite constricting in the toe box compared to "higher" end nikes (i am a true 6 and wear a 6 in everything). also quite thick upper mesh, not very breathable. much prefer the vomeros. would not wear for the roads, only treadmill- i think it's not responsive or cushioned enough for the harder impact
