These are sturdy and solid, perfect for sk8ing. I like how these "warm up to your foot" and break in almost right away. These are built tough and comfy. Sturdy upper and built sole, these are also great walking and chilling. Pretty sure these are going to take beatings very well, so budget wise these are great to have in my arsenal as I do skateboard. Though a low top I like that I can wear them a little bit loose, regular or tight laced. For a low top classic shoe these are styling and fit my foot like a glove. I half size up depending on the nike but these are true to fit nike, so wide enough if you buy for width not length. I usually go for natural rubber but the grip on my board is great in these, no complaint skateboarding with these at all. These are also an "all day shoe" in my opinion.
