This shoe is magic but don’t expect to use it for workouts and racing. I was expecting to be able to use it for speed days and race days but found these barely survived XC ssn and the bottom heel is shot. all the foam is falling apart around the back and starting to crumble. luckily all my races for the rest of the season are on grass and im switching to spikes. Great shoe for racing but don’t expect for them to last.

- Improved ZoomX midsole foam for increased energy return and reduced weight.
- The plastic midfoot shank has been replaced with the same full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate that's in the Vaporfly.
- The updated outsole delivers greater traction in a more lightweight package.
- Now built on a track spike last, the stance is more aggressive. The heel-to-toe offset has been reduced to just 4mm, allowing athletes to run more easily on their forefoot.
- The overall weight has been reduced by 44g from the previous model.
