Set your pace in the Vaporfly 4. We trimmed weight in the midsole, outsole and upper from the Vaporfly 3, without sacrificing performance. The result is a lighter, more propulsive all-round racing shoe that's trusted from the mile to the marathon.
Light Upper
The engineered mesh helps reduce the weight of the shoe while providing a more consistent fit. And we saved more weight by reducing the size of the heel and tongue.
Light foam
Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel.
Light Outsole
We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3.
Full Speed
The full-length carbon fibre Flyplate sits at a higher angle compared to the plate in the Vaporfly 3. It combines with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.
