Velcro tab fell off in less than a month of wear

The velcro tab that secures the lace closure on the side of the shoe is flimsy and broke in less than a month. Given the importance of the velcro feature on the shoe I would expect the tab to be well designed and robust. This is a design fail that needs to improved.
Comfy but breaking

Fussy boy loves the look and comfort of the shoes, so that's a win. Disappointingly 4 weeks into Kindergarten and the rubber sole is already peeling and breaking off from one shoe. I had hoped they would at least last 1 term
