Once you finish a run with Nike Run Club, it should automatically sync and appear in your Activity tab. If you can't see your activity, there are a few things to do to ensure it appears, depending on how you're using NRC.
Check that you have mobile reception or are connected to a Wi-Fi network before starting a run with the NRC App. Once finished, your run should appear in the Activity tab.
You may need to swipe down on the screen to refresh and sync your data.
If you are running with a mobile device connected to your watch, your run should automatically sync. If you leave your mobile device at home, the run will sync when your watch reconnects to your device.

Runs recorded with a partner device need to sync with their native app before it appears in the NRC App. This may take a little extra time for the run to sync. Make sure your partner app is connected with the NRC App.
