How do I verify my mobile number?
We believe in a level playing field that is safe and secure for everybody, which is why we ask you to verify your mobile phone number in order to be eligible for SNKRS releases, draws, passes and other events.
When you download the Nike App and first sign in, you will be prompted to verify your phone number. If your number ever changes, you also can easily verify it in the Nike App at any time with the steps below.
Just one more thing—each phone number can be linked to only one Nike Member profile.
- In the Nike App, tap the "Profile" icon, then "Settings".
- Tap "Mobile Number".
- Enter your phone number and agree to receive a one-time SMS message.
- Tap "Send Code".
- When you receive the code, enter it and tap "Done".

What should I do if I didn't get an authentication code?
If you didn't receive an authentication code after submitting your request, please check these steps:
- Codes won't be sent immediately and may take up to 5 minutes to be received. Delays may occur if there is an issue with your wireless provider.
- Make sure you have a valid mobile phone number in a supported country. VoIP numbers and landline numbers are not supported.
- Make sure your mobile device is connected to the network and can send and receive SMS text messages.
- If your mobile device cannot receive standard SMS text messages, please contact your mobile phone company.

Why do I have to complete an email verification?
You'll need to verify your email address when creating a Nike Member profile. We'll email you a one-time 8-digit verification code.
Additionally, we may ask you to verify your email address after creating your profile, especially when you sign in to any Nike platform above from an unrecognised device.
If you can't see the one-time code in your inbox, check your other folders (e.g. spam, junk and deleted). You should also enable emails from nike@notifications.nike.com. If you still have issues, your email provider or mobile operator may not support verification emails. Be sure to check with your provider.
