I loved the fit and feel of these shoes but they absolutely disintegrated when I ran in them. I’m a 5’6 130 pound female, in no world should these have worn down as fast as they did for as expensive as they are.

This special edition Vaporfly 4 is a lean, mean, mile-eating machine. We trimmed weight in the midsole, outsole and upper from the Vaporfly 3, without sacrificing performance. The result is a lighter, more propulsive all-round racing shoe that's trusted from the mile to the marathon.
Lighter upper
The engineered mesh helps reduce the weight of the shoe while providing a more consistent fit. And we saved more weight by reducing the size of the heel and tongue.
Lighter foam
Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel.
Lighter outsole
We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3.
Full Speed
The full-length carbon fibre Flyplate sits at a higher angle compared to the plate in the Vaporfly 3. It combines with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.

A peine 120 km (5 entrainements, 1 semi et 1 marathon) et la mousse est complètement morte. Le pieds n'est plus stable, bonne à jeter. Alors oui c'est confortable et rapide. Mais bon 300 balles pour 120 km, ça fait sacrément cher le Km. A ce prix là je vais aller voir ailleurs. Aucun échange possible, aucune réduction, aucun remboursement. Je vois pas l'intérêt de proposer ce type de produit, si c'est inutilisable après 2 courses.

I like the fit which is snug and light on the foot. The cushioning is amazing. I like the colour range as well.
