The Color Is Not What’s Pictured

I really wanted to love these shoes, but I’m pretty disappointed with the color of the pair I received. The midsole/white portion of the shoe is noticeably more off-white/cream in person than it appears in the product photos on Nike’s website. I understand that lighting and photography can cause some differences, but the difference with my pair feels pretty significant. I even compared my shoes to customer review photos, and the pairs shown there also appear much whiter than the pair I received. Nike customer service was helpful and offered an exchange, which I appreciate, but I shouldn’t have to exchange a brand the pair because the actual color looks substantially different from the advertised photos. The shoes themselves are cute, but if you’re buying them specifically for the clean white/red look shown online, just be aware that they may arrive looking much more cream-off-white in person.
