Supportive Shoe
This shoe was very supportive for lifting and cardio. The material inside the shoe helps your foot stick and grip to the sole. The frame of the shoe also keeps the foot sturdy as you move. I don’t typically like flat-bottom sneakers, but these provided a lot of cushion and support for my knees.

Great design, uncomfortable fit
The shoe toe box is very narrow. I typically can get around this by sizing up a 1/2 size, but even that was still uncomfortable. I really liked the uniqueness of the design and bold colors. Even the sole had a design, which makes them stand out. I wish this was offered in a wide option or didn’t have such a narrow toe box so they would be more comfortable to wear more than I can bare. I also wish the shoe was a bit lighter, it’s a pretty heavy shoe.
