Bought this as a versitile fitness pant for gym & dance. Very breathable and comfy. I bought a medium & I'm ~148lbs 5'5in with a ~28-29inch waist and these are loose and comfy. Hips ~41-42in. I could have gotten a small if i wanted a tigher fit. Not
