This training top is great fit for a workout or even just casual wear as a layering option. For me, I sized down from my size for short-sleeve items (Medium) and found this to be the perfect fit. The all-polyester material is lightweight, breathable, and soft to the touch, but still substantial enough to help out on slightly chilly days. With it being a Dri-Fit product, I would've expected the material to be a little more stretchy. This is apparent with the sleeve cuffs, as it's very stiff in that area. Additionally, the hood is designed to almost be similar to a gaiter, causing some discomfort with the neck area given the stiff material. The all-black design with grey side panels is very straightforward and sleek, with the Nike logo/wordmark not being too loud.

The Nike Pro Men's Dri-FIT Mid-Layer Training Top is an excellent addition to any fitness enthusiast's closet. It works great as a single layer for early morning runs and also as a layering option when running in colder climates. One of my favorite features is the back vent as I run hot and the vent allows for more layering options in cold or freezing temperatures. Overall this is a great training top whether you are lifting weights, running, or any other athletic endeavor.

This jacket is really nice. It's warm, vents really well in the back, and the sleeves are long (which is appreciated as a 6' tall woman). The only big minus is that the bottom isn't stretchy. I started wearing it tucked under in more of a cropped look, which actually was pretty cute. But when there was a need for more modest coverage, it's very tight around the midsection, especially if you are more ample in the hip area, even though the rest of the fit was very good and true to size. All in all, I'm happy with this jacket. It was perfect for early morning walks with the dog, or on more strenuous walks and runs. The material holds in the heat well and the hood stays on the head and isn't too loose so it's falling down all the time. And it's stylish!
