Nike Academy Winter Warrior

I really like these pants! I have a size small, and they fit true to size. They’re really soft on the inside and comfortable when I’m riding my bike around the neighborhood or playing soccer on the playground at school recess. They’re especially nice on cool mornings. The waistband is comfortable and keeps them in place, so I don’t have to keep pulling them up when I’m moving around. They’re really cute, and I like the big Nike symbol on the front. I especially love the zippers at the bottom because I can open them when I get a little hot. I dance too, and having that extra air when I’m moving feels nice. The zippered pockets seem well made and look big enough for the stuff I’d want to take with me. I don't really put anything in them though. The one thing I’d change is making them stretchier in the front where the legs meet. When I lift my leg up high, they don’t stretch as much as I’d like. They’re still comfortable, though, whether I’m playing sports, dancing, biking, or just hanging out at home. I like how they look on me, and they make me feel good.

Nothing wrong with the fit of these pants, they are groovy to move in, space for squats, kicks and running. They have neat zippers on the legs, making bulky shoes fit easy, and they are stylish. However… as far as thermal pants go, they are horrible. The thermals are SEE THROUGH! They have a strip down the leg, if you pull the fabric over your hand, it will show light. Air travels through the legs, the zippers, and would not be a good fit for a winter pant. Autumn yeah? Not winter. Not snow If I were free to make changes to this design, I would change the thermal fabric, make it bulkier around the legs where the zipper is, as well as a cover over the zipper so they no air passes through. Overall I would not recommended these pants for winter at all.

Got these Nike Winterized Soccer pants just in time for the chilly/cold weather. The material is what you expect from Nike Thermal-Fit (it's even embroidered on the back of the pants). The black is nice and deep and won't fade. I love the reflective detailing of the Nike Swoosh on the thigh as well as the zipper at the ankle. The zipper allows for custom fit based on height or shoes. I do have to admit that these are truly slim fit. Maybe I am putting on winter weight or more used to the trendy loose-fitting clothes right now that these are almost too small. I got an XL which I normally am able to fit, no problem.
