The hat is cute and goes with everything being a neutral color. However, since it is white it does get dirty quickly and shows signs of sweat. The material is lightweight and breathable. I wish it was adjustable as it is a bit tight. Overall, it is easy to use and keeps cool on hot days. I am not a fan of the tail-like thing on the back.

This hat is a great idea to cool your head. It does work to keep your head cool, but there is no way you can run or workout while wearing this with the ice in it. It does function as a regular lightweight hat without adding the ice.

I’ve really enjoyed the Nike Fly Dri-FIT ADV Unstructured Cooling Cap. It’s lightweight, breathable, and incredibly comfortable to wear, even on the hottest days. The Dri-FIT fabric does a great job of wicking away sweat, so I stay cool and comfortable whether I’m outside watching sports, exercising, or just enjoying the day. My favorite feature is the cooling system. The hat comes with silicone ice molds that fit perfectly into each section of the cap, making it easy to add ice for extra cooling. It’s such a unique and thoughtful feature that really makes a difference in the heat. I also love that it has an opening in the back for a ponytail, which makes it much more comfortable to wear with my hair up. The built-in neck flap is another great addition—it provides extra sun protection without feeling bulky. The design is practical, comfortable, and well thought out, and the materials feel high quality. Overall, this is an excellent hat for anyone spending time outdoors, and I’d definitely recommend it.
