The shoes are very comfortable for walking long distances and running they do not get to hot and they are breathable. The water proof aspect is great it lets no water in when in the rain or in standing water, if you are looking for shoes that can do everything these are the ones you should get

I’m coming from Nike invincible run 1/2/3 and these are a step up they are waterproof to an extent don’t submerge your foot in a puddle but running in rain to running thru puddles they are great and great on traction on wet and gravel surfaces definitely comfortable and put about 200 miles on them so far also for goretex go up a half size
