I like it for street wear, but not for the gym. I made the mistake of wearing this to the gym today to do HIIT. The sweat made the shirt very heavy and wet and cold, it was not a comfortable experience. BUT, outside of the gym context, I think the material used is very solid and feels appropriate for the price of the garment. It's a cotton blend and the weight of the fabric is on the heavy side. For shirt sizes, I am generally between a medium and large so I ordered large because I thought I would use for the gym... well, now that I'm not using it for the gym, the large is more boxy on me then I would generally like for street wear, but it isn't so bad that I would return it for a medium
