I wasn't sure I was going to like these running tights when I first got them, but they ended up being the most comfortable running shorts I've worn in a very long time! I've used them in the rain, heat and cooler weather and they've been extremely comfortable through it all. I haven't had any issues with chafing, overheating or getting cold (though the coldest I've used them for was around 50).
Fit and feel: My first impression after putting the tights on wasn't great. The liner felt uncomfortable and I figured I wasn't going to like them. However, once I started running, I completely forgot the liner was even there. And now I don't even notice it, so it likely just needed to be worn a bit. The material is smooth and form fitting, hugging the skin without feeling restrictive. I had been dealing with chafing on long runs with my old running shorts, but since switching to these for my long runs (13-16 miles), I haven't had any issues. While running in the rain, they didn't soak up any water that I noticed. And I didn't over heat using them in 95+ degree temps. I honestly half forget I even have them on, except for the fact that they keep everything in place.
Design: Two side pockets are a nice touch. I was able to fit a water bottle in one and some snacks in the other so I wasn't stuck holding everything during my run.
Fabric: It is very soft and stretchy. As I said, no chafing, and doesn't get too hot.
What I'd change: The only thing I'd change about these shorts would be to remove the tie string. They are "tights" so not sure what it's even for besides getting in the way.
Overall, these shorts are extremely comfortable and have become a regular part of my rotation and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new pair of running shorts, especially if you've had any issues with chaffing in your nether region. I'm thinking of getting another pair or two.
