The All Conditions Racing Department exists for high-speed pursuits across all known and unknown terrain. Charging in the face of heat, rain, snow and common sense, it's part science, part madness—and a full commit to unleashing the wildest runners on planet Earth.
Name: Adam Merry
Hometown: Boulder, Colorado, USASelf-described nerd, us-described speed demon. You can find him running events like WSER, Gorge Waterfalls and the Chuckanut 50k, which he counts as among his favourite race memories. Also an acoustic fingerstyle guitarist.
Name: Addie Bracy
Hometown: Buena Vista, CO, USAFormer athletics Olympic Trial qualifier, current master in sport and performance psychology. The three-time USA Mountain Runner Of The Year, former R2R2R record holder and author of “Mental Training for Ultrarunning” charges trails, then writes the playbook on it.

Hometown: Fairfield, CA, USAFor this road runner turned ridgeline regular, trail races have become routine victories. The proof is in the trophy case, stacked with hardware—including golds from Black Canyon, Red Hot and Canyons Endurance Run, along with a bronze from Western States.
Name: Bailey Kowalczyk
Hometown: Boulder, CO, USAForged in upstate New York’s competitive running scene and D1 track, Bailey brought that speed to the mountains—where technical, steeper terrain feels like home. A three-time Run The Rut 28K champion with top-five finishes at Sierre-Zinal and the 2022 Golden Trail World Series, Bailey also claimed the 2023 USATF Half Marathon national title.

Hometown: Jura, FranceHe first got his feet dirty while studying sports medicine in the Pyrenees mountains. What started as a way to relieve stress with friends led to a bronze at his debut trail race, some FKTs and a handful of ultra podiums.

Hometown: Draper, UT, USACaleb threw up at the starting line of his first ultra in 2018 and suffered his way to the finish. Thus, a distance junkie was born. Now he holds the Western States title and the second-fastest time in race history.
Name: Cesare Maestri
Hometown: Trentino, ItalyYou may recognise him as the guy who grabbed an ETC podium spot at UTMB covered in his own blood after a tree-related incident, but before that he was the five-time winner of the Italian Mountain Running Championship and the 2019 European Mountain Running gold medallist.
Name: Christian Allen
Hometown: Orem, UT, USAIf you see his golden locks flowing towards a vertical scree, call him Slim the Runner. With wins at races like the Speedgoat 50K and the Broken Arrow Skyrace Ascent, and a team bronze at this year's World ACG Trail Running Championships, his stats are as undeniable as his mullet.

Hometown: Chiba Prefecture, JapanKnown by his nom-de-guerre, Crazy Karo hails from Kashiwa-shi, Chiba Prefecture. He lives a life of dualities; when he’s not conquering WSER, he’s finding ultimate relaxation in hot springs and saunas.

Hometown: Grand Marais, MN, USAYou know him as the defending CCC bronze medallist, but he also has a rep for being the nicest guy at the race. Pesto is his kryptonite, tortilla chips are his daily fuel and his enthusiasm for embracing the pain cave gives him the ultimate ultra edge.

Hometown: Missoula, MT, USATwo-time Golden Ticket winner and coach at the University of Montana. A true outdoorswoman. Originally hailing from Eugene, Oregon, she cut her teeth at Hayward Field and was once a steeplechase runner. Owns a chug (chihuahua-pug mix).

Hometown: Esplugues de Llobregat, SpainShe's drawn to sky-high vert and heated competition like moth to a flame. It's no wonder why this 20-year-old is already decorated in gold from the 2022 Zegama Aizkorri Junior Trail and the Olla de Núria, and silver from the Skyrunning World Championships.

Hometown: Fort Collins, CO, USARockies raised and trail tested, Lauren Gregory started out early—3rd at U20 Worlds and a 7x All-American at Arkansas. A three-time Team USA athlete with top finishes on the world stage, she capped 2025 with a win at the Golden Trail World Series Final. The future of trail running? Yeah, that’s Lauren.

Hometown: Breckenridge, CO, USAUniversity of Oklahoma XC alumnus, Trail World Cup bronze medallist and the brains behind Oregon's Snow, Skate, Surf event. He enjoys sticky shots of maple syrup and FKTs on Wildwood Trail in Portland, OR.

Hometown: Naux, FranceA PhD student in sports science, she ran her first race in utero when her mum competed at the National Cross Country Championship, laced into her first Peg over a decade ago and won the first trail race that she entered in 2022 "for fun". The rest is history.

Hometown: Jeju-do, South KoreaLiving, training and farming in the natural paradise of Jeju Island, South Korea, he won the 2025 Trans Jeju race on a brand-new 100-mile course. A true distance maniac, he’s also completed the John Muir Trail and once ran an entire marathon in his back garden to “clear his mind”.
Name: Nienke Brinkman
Hometown: South Holland, NetherlandsWhere road-runner pace meets mountain grit. After just a few years on the running scene, she shattered the Zermatt Marathon course record, broke a 19-year-old Dutch record in the Rotterdam Marathon and still carved out time for a PhD in seismology.

Hometown: Salt Lake City, UT, USAFirst woman to run the JFK 50 in under six hours. We could list a dozen other of her accomplishments, or note that she’s a mother of two, or even say that she’s an anaesthetic registrar, but it’s not like she needs more credibility.

Hometown: Port Elizabeth, South AfricaA comeback story for the ages. She was injured in 2019 and spent two years recovering, now claiming medals at races like Ultra Trail Cape Town and Val d’Aran with a vengeance. She trains in the Outeniqua mountains, where she holds a local FKT.

Hometown: Guizhou Province, ChinaWhen she runs at night on even terrain, she turns off her headlamp and lets herself be guided by the moonlight, appearing next to others on the trail like a ghost in the darkness. Also a foodie.

Hometown: Boulder, CO, USAClimbing the ultra-running ranks since 2014, the Colorado-based crossword-puzzle connoisseur first cut their teeth on the trails of the Northeast. Now holding gold medals and course records, they've won coveted races like Black Canyon 100K and Run Rabbit Run in 2025.

Hometown: Edderton, ScotlandThe 2025 British Mountain Running champ logs miles by charting uncommon ground for the novelty of it. When he's not testing the limits of wild terrain, he's an ecologist studying Atlantic salmon and a coach to those who have the same feral focus.

Hometown: Carmel, IN, USABorn and bred in the Midwest, she went full throttle on ultra-running after discovering the humble trails of her hometown. At just 24, she's already won a 100K, worn the Team USA jersey twice and ran the Black Canyon 100K on a sprained ankle just to see if she could.

Hometown: Mercer Island, WA, USAYoungest in our line-up and one of the fastest high-school athletes in the US. She's a direct descendent of two trail chasers and found her line early after finishing her first 5K at age six. These days you can catch her at the starting lines of Broken Arrow’s NTN Race and WMTRC’s U20 Competition.
Name: Takako Tamura
Hometown: Ishikawa Prefecture, JapanWorks as a doctor. Won the Asia Pacific Trail Running Championships in 2024. Owns an English Cocker Spaniel. Runs really, really fast.

Hometown: Salt Lake City, UT, USAGrew up on a volcano. A two-time WSER runner-up, top-10 UTMB finisher and two-time Golden Ticket race champion, he fell in love with the trail running around Mount Hood in Oregon.
