Nike Zoom Skylon 11

I haven’t been able to wear any sneakers outside of this pair of Adidas’s sneakers since my injury. My left leg is completely numb, after my work accident. These pair of Nikes are the first shoe I can wear were it doesn’t make my numbness worse. Throwing out the Adidas now, cause I have my go to sneakers. Walking around with my kids feels like floating on air. I can finally coach on the sidelines without worrying about my leg going numb from the tightness of the sneakers. I will be getting another pair of these sneakers when they are released.

This sneaker is a great blend of style and function. When I initially put them on, they felt more rigid than expected. However, after one 20 minute walk and a second 45 minute loop, they already felt quite broken in which was a pleasant surprise. I love the subtle iridescent sheen on the style lines. I love that they make a great workout/training shoe and look great when styled with streetwear.

These are by far my new favorite shoe. They are stylist and match my athletic style perfectly. They are very light weight and I can wear them for causal day to day or I can wear they to the gym and not worry about my feet hurting after. The real test will be taking a trip to an amusement park and walking a lot. I have extremely flat feet and a lot of walking is killer on my feet. They swell and hurt. The shoes are roomy so I feel if my feet do swell, they will have room to expand and not bother me too much. The initial look of them didnt catch my eye but one I put them on and dressed them with some shorts and a t-shirt, I fell in love with them. I’ve worn them to work and to the gym and they work in both settings.
