I bought these for my 5 yr. old Autistic non-verbal grandson who is very particular about the look and or feel of his shoes and clothes due to sensory issues and he also has wide feet. These shoes are the only style that he likes and they fit him perfectly because the style is wider than the other styles of athletic shoes. I wasted $75 on the last pair I purchased because he wouldn't even put them on, he literally threw a screaming fit. These shoes are a winner!
