I have had these shoes for four days worn them four times and the rubber bottom of the shoe is falling off. I checked my email to see about a refund or sending me a non faulty pair of shoes.

The metallic silver colorway is one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had. They beat my new balance & on clouds. Unfortunately the material for the insoles in this colorway is slightly different from the others, this insole is metallic, much softer & sits inside the shoe better. I purchased the white colorway and unfortunately the insole is firmer, and looks poorly slapped inside & glued…
