Nike is finally listening to its customers. I’ve been ditching my Nike Metcons and Frees in favor of Hoka. Been using the Hoka Kawana’s for my strength training classes but I was looking for the perfect shoe for my Zumba and Step classes that would give me the flexibility, freedom, but heel support I need. These Free Metcon 6s are those shoes. Not only are they cool to look at, but they are so comfortable with the wider toe box and heel and most importantly for me, the heel support to alleviate my plantar fasciitis pain. I go all out in my Zumba and Step classes pushing over 400 calories all the time so I am loving this experience with these shoes. Purchased two of them because they are so good.

Flexibility: high
The more flexibility you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
Stability: high
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.
Cushioning: high
The more cushioning that you have underfoot, the more comfortable your workout can be. Cushioning helps soften the impact as your feet hit the ground. Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers flexibility and comfort.
Breathable upper
The upper is made from breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed, like lunging, squatting and jumping.

Cables give you a dynamic fit and help keep you secure during your workout.
