Women's Gym Trainers

Built for every way you train

Women's gym trainers need to be versatile enough to handle quick changes, steady lifts and everyday movement. Nike gym shoes are made to match the work you put in, from strength sessions and circuits to treadmill warm-ups and the walk to and from the gym. Choose low-profile training shoes for a grounded feel, weightlifting shoes for extra stability under the heel, or workout shoes with flexible cushioning for mixed sessions. Each pair is designed to offer the essential support that helps you move with confidence.

Stable support when it counts

When you're working your hardest, your women’s training shoes should keep up. Broad outsole bases help achieve a planted feel during squats, lunges and side-to-side moves. Grippy rubber outsoles are made to hold firm on gym floors, while engineered tread patterns support controlled movement when you change direction. Some designs feature Hyperlift heel plates to help improve stability under load. Look for lace-lock systems or adjustable wraparound straps that keep your foot in position. The result is locked-in support that's the foundation you need for strong, steady reps.

Cushioning that moves with you

Not every session's the same and training can shift fast from strength work to cardio. Foam from forefoot to heel helps absorb impact during high-energy workouts, while Nike Air and Nike Zoom Air units add responsive cushioning in selected styles. Laser-siped sole grooves help the shoe flex naturally with your stride, so transitions feel smooth during warm-ups, treadmill runs and walking. You can expect reliable comfort underfoot, with foot containment that lets you focus on your session.

Breathable comfort beyond the gym

When you've got the right women’s gym shoes, you'll feel good before, during and after training. Breathable mesh and woven uppers help air flow around your feet, while ankle-hugging collars and low-profile shapes create a close, comfortable fit. Mule and slide-inspired designs are easy to wear before a session or during recovery time. For daily wear, walking shoes and pregame shoes pair soft cushioning with reliable traction, so you can stay on your feet all day.

Choose the fit for your session and your style

Different workouts call for different benefits. If you lift regularly, look for a firm base, supportive heel and secure fastenings. For classes and circuits, choose women’s workout shoes with flexible cushioning, breathable uppers and grip that supports movement in all directions. If you cover miles before or after training, road running shoes may suit lighter runs and steady treadmill cardio. To get the look you want, explore Nike By You customisation. You can change colour combos and add personalised text on selected styles.
