This shoe is so hot, retain heat like no shoe I’ve ever worn! Because of this I do not recommend for distance running or training. Otherwise it’s a supportive shoe and my knees felt relief on the treadmill.

An updated traction pattern helps make heel-to-toe transitions feel even smoother than the Vomero 17. The result is a more cushioned ride built to keep runners comfortable as they log daily miles.
