Great shoe for long, slow distance

When I first saw these, I thought the stack height was going to be overkill. After my first few runs, these shoes are fantastic. Great for recovery runs, long slow distance, or just everyday wear. I wouldn’t use these for speedwork. That said, the zoomx foam has such great bounce and energy turn that you totally can pick up the pace when you need to. Great buy. Will purchase again.
