Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got faster. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before thanks to a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel.

Engineered mesh offers improved comfort and a disappearing feel on your foot. It helps reduce the weight of the shoe while supplying a more consistent fit.

Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy, feathery feel.
Lighter outsole
We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared to the Vaporfly 3.
Full speed
The full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate has a higher angle than the Vaporfly 3, and is combined with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.
