Nike Swoosh 1 Essential

As a mom of two, I’m always looking for shoes that are, comfortable and easy for my child to manage independently, and the Nike Swoosh 1 Essential Little Kids’ Water Shoes are a great choice. My six-and-a-half-year-old daughter immediately loved the all-black look and the black on black design. She said they look “cool” and especially likes the pattern on the bottom of the sole. While she mentioned that they can feel a little “weird” when first putting them on with completely dry feet, she quickly added that it’s “weird in a good way” and found them comfortable once she started walking around with them. She usually wears clog-style sandals to swim school, but these will be perfect for beach days, pool outings, and other summer adventures where I’d rather her feet were protected. One of my favorite features is how quick and easy they are to put on. The simple design encourages independence, allowing her to get ready on her own with minimal help. Another bonus is that they look more like regular sneakers than traditional water shoes (bright colors), so they stay stylish even when we’re heading out to run errands before or after the pool. Overall, these are a great combination of versatility, comfort, and style, and both are very happy with them.

Recently got this for my son. First of all, I (and he) liked the sleek minimal look of the shoes. I got them a little bigger so his feet would grow into them. I believe they will fit true to size once his feet have grown a little. The strap is very convenient and makes putting on the shoe on and off easy for him. The laces appear to be just for show, but look real enough. Overall a great product for little kids and he will be using them to run around the playground. No complaints overall.

My 5 year old has worn them to school, on play dates, to the park, to church, with sweat pants and shorts, even skirts. She says they are very comfortable and I believe it because these are the first shoes she reaches for all the time. The material feels flexible but durable. They are true to size. We went with the black to hide dirt or stains but they come in others nice colors and my girl is already asking for pink ones. The easy pull and strap makes them super kid friendly. I wouldn’t change a thing about these!
