How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
- In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only recently got into going to the gym frequently and found that the tote bag I was using was just way too small. This one is the perfect size and style. It holds a pair of shoes, toiletries, a full outfit, 40 ounce water bottle, it still has room to spare without being too gigantic. It fits a small locker just fine. I love the look of this bag. It was a little worried about the straps, digging into my shoulders based on other reviews, however, this has not been a problem at all. I have not carried anything too heavy though. I can imagine a heavy laptop or something would be uncomfortable.
