Will shrink if dried in dryer

I bought the black long sleeve. Wore it once and washed it and dried it. After drying it the sleeves shrunk and they’re probably like 2 inches above my wrist. Maybe don’t dry it and let it air dry? Still it’s supposed to be oversized so I don’t understand how after one wash and dry, it shrunk that bad.
