My shoe is the white version of Shox. I absolutely love this shoe ! I bought her for a trip I will be taking next month. I wore it to see how it feels and it my foot would hurt. I just want to say this is the most comfortable and easy to wear sneakers I own! I have flat feet and was a bit worried about the fit. Great on my stride gives me a little push walking up the hill at our school bus lot. Will get another color next year. Great shoes! Worth the price!

I wear a size 10 but I ordered a half size up for room and comfort. The shoes were not comfortable to me and the half size was too big. I would say stick with your regular size.
They are very hard and they make your feet tired... your feet start to hurt... they are not comfortable.
