The Ultrafly Trail takes what you love about the original and refines it, so you can go the distance. The springy ZoomX foam is more responsive and the full-length carbon plate is softer for a smooth ride. The outsole helps reduce weight while maintaining enhanced grip as the miles pile up.

ZoomX foam

Ultra-responsive ZoomX foam midsole delivers Nike's highest energy return with a stable feel for the trail. The foam is 'unwrapped' in the heel for even better responsiveness.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Don't worry about puddles or streams—the upper is made for water drainage. It's also lightweight, durable and breathable.

More flexibility

Tackle technical terrain with the full-length carbon-fibre plate. We reduced the stiffness compared to the original Ultrafly for better control on the trails.

Enhanced grip

Go the distance with Vibram® Megagrip outsole. It's designed to give you durability and enhanced grip on wet terrain.

I just ran a 50km race with 5,000 feet of elevation gain and loss wearing these shoes. I was nervous that the toe box height would be too short, but that didn’t end up being an issue at all. I didn’t get a single blister after getting them from other trail shoes. The front toe shield definitely saved my big toe more than once after slamming into some rocks. I’d recommend them for lighter mud and snow conditions, but overall they were very comfortable and fast. They fit true to size to my vaporflys. Very satisfied and an eye catching piece.

I’ve used the original Ultrafly since launch and the ACG Ultrafly is a completely different shoe in the best way possible. It is as close as you could get to a road super shoe on the trails. Did a 13km test run today with 400m of Vert and 400m of descent and all segments were PBs with th same easy effort as a week ago. Spectacular on the downhills. Love them.
Carbon for the trails

Trail runs are my new favorite. These add stability and spring to my step when running. Highly recommend for trail running.
