We don't offer exchanges—the best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.
It generally takes 7–10 business days for us to receive your return, and then it can take up to seven business days for us to inspect it and start your refund. We'll send you an email to let you know when we've initiated your refund.
