How do I return my Nike order?

You can return eligible Nike.com and Nike App orders within 30 days. Simply follow the steps below to return your order.

  1. Open the order. Nike Members, sign in to get free return delivery. Select "View or Manage" for the order you're returning, then select "Start Return". If you purchased as a guest, you'll need to open your order using your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items to return, provide the return reason and continue.
  3. Submit your return. We'll automatically email you a pre-paid delivery label to print.
  4. Pack your items for delivery, remove or cover any previous delivery labels and barcodes to avoid delivery delays, and securely seal the package.
  5. Send it back. Print and attach the return delivery label and drop it at an Australia Post location within seven days of submitting the return online. We recommend noting the Australia Post tracking number for tracking purposes.
    • No printer? No problem. You can have the label printed at select Australia Post locations. Please see your return delivery label for additional information and instructions—and note that you'll still need to box your items for delivery.

Please note, guest orders will have a return delivery fee deducted from the refund.

Can I exchange my Nike order?

We don't offer exchanges—the best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

How long does a return take?

It generally takes 7–10 business days for us to receive your return, and then it can take up to seven business days for us to inspect it and start your refund. We'll send you an email to let you know when we've initiated your refund.

How do I return a faulty or damaged item?

If your item is potentially faulty or damaged, and it's been less than 30 days since your Nike delivery, simply return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since delivery, please call us to return the item.

If you have a Nike X LEGO® brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.

Can I return my Nike.com or Nike App order to a Nike store?

No, Nike stores do not accept returns for Nike.com or Nike App orders.
