Where is my refund?

Once we receive your return, it can take up to seven business days to process it and issue a refund. We'll email you to let you know when we've initiated the refund, but depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for your account to reflect the funds.

Additional information

  • Your refund will include the value of returned items—delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive a faulty or damaged item.
  • Guest orders will have a return delivery fee deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be automatically issued to the original form of payment.
  • If you paid with Klarna or Afterpay, they will issue your refund.
