How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

My 11 year old loves this shirt. It is very comfortable for her. She plays soccer and it feels like her regular team jersey. She loves the style and colors! It is very lightweight, breathable, and moisture wicking. She wears this to soccer practice and to school. She loves having jerseys like this with no name or team on it to wear to practice. It has been washed several times and still looks new. It fits quite big on her but that was my own sizing error , thinking XL was 14/16. She still loves it and will have a lot of room to grow.

My son really likes this shirt. The colors are vibrant and the fabric is lightweight and sweat-wicking. It is very easy to clean and the fit is true to size.

Lightweight, airy jersey

The Nike DriFit T90 Energy is a good looking, lightweight jersey that’s silky to the touch. It is perforated on most of the shirt, with larger perforations along the underarm and side, which make it really light and airy. It dries quickly too. My 9 year old is 4’5”, 70 lbs, wears a size large in shirts in other brands, but I felt the large size was too big and would size down to a medium. He has some sensory issues with clothes, and he was bothered by the stitching lines on the inside, so he will have to wear an undershirt to wear it. But his younger brothers felt just fine and can’t wait til it fits them.
