How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

Great lightweight jacket!

This Nike water repellent woven jacket is amazing! My daughter loves it and it’s the jacket she chooses to wear almost every day. It is super lightweight and has a very soft feel to it. It has a folded hood around the collar that also creates an extra style point. It’s perfect for those hot humid days where it starts to rain and she can be protected and comfortable. It folds up nice and small so it doesn’t require a lot of space to pack it just in case. The color is beautiful and after many washes, has not faded. We paired it with the woven shorts and she just feels so stylish with this outfit. Great addition to her wardrobe!

We love this jacket. The fabric is awesome and love that you can put the hood in or out. It's perfect for our weather that changes constantly. It fits great and the color is beautiful. Love the pockets as well.
