For those who are looking to buy their first pair of Chuck 70's, these shoes run big. I am usually a size 9 and buy my Classic Chuck Taylor All Stars in size 8.5 for just a little bit of space at the toe cap. For the Chuck 70's, I fit best into a size 8. I already own a pair of Chuck 70's but always wanted a clean white pair. I almost went with The Optical White Classic Chuck Taylor All Stars because I wanted the midsole and toecap to match better with the canvas. However, I went with my gut feeling and purchased the Chuck 70's Egret instead, and it did not disappoint. The shoes fit well and are so comfortable. But the star of the show is the white canvas. It is stunning and gives off a premium vibe. Someone even told me that they looked like white leather. Mine are still clean white, but I'm looking forward to seeing how they look with some wear and tear.
