Band mystery.
The shoe looks great. However, the recommendation to buy a half-size larger is accurate. the toe narrows quite a bit for my fit. The one mystery is how the tightening band is supposed to work. I can't figure out how it is to be adjusted (if it is to be adjusted.) When the band is brought across the velcro sections don't match. Seems useless.

My Saving Grace on my squats
These shoes are awesome. That helped me get the most out of my squats in the gym. I had no knee pain and these shoe helped me maintain proper alignment. Nike you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best shoes for gym
Why didn’t I buy them earlier?! They hold the heel so well. Perfect for anyone lifting weights at the gym. But the sizing runs small — you need to go two sizes up

Excellent Weight Lifting Shoes
Very comfy weightlifting shoes. I have only used them a handful of times, but feel noticeably more ground and stable. The elevated heel helps a lot with squat depth. I sized up 0.5 from my usual and they fit like a glove.

Solid for squats.
Solid lifting shoe. The grip is strong, so no worries about slipping. The shoe is narrow, so if you have wide feet these might not be for you. But I did order at my normal size and feel my toes have room. Overall I can't say they're a bad lifting shoe.
