I’m 5’11” and 180 lbs, and I got a size Large even though I usually wear an 8–10. They fit perfectly! I originally bought them for my volleyball games, but they’re honestly so comfortable, stretchy, and long that I wear them regularly too. I bought four pairs in black, and I’ll definitely be getting more in different colors! (I'd say don't look at the numbers and jst get your normal size).
