MANUFACTURING DEFECTS!!!

The jacket arrived with a noticeable stain/defect in the fabric, which was very upsetting to discover. This item was purchased as a birthday gift for my grandson, and he was extremely excited to receive it. Unfortunately, his excitement quickly turned into disappointment when we opened the package and found the jacket in such poor condition. I understand that manufacturing defects can happen occasionally, but I am very concerned that an item in this condition passed quality control and was shipped to a customer. As a long-time consumer, I expected much better from Nike.
