Small and tight fit
Very small fit. Neck hole is tiny. I am a UK 6, 7 stone 12 and 5ft3 and ordered XS and nearly got stuck in the top trying it on! I think a M might be more comfortable but may then be loose on the waist. The neck also rode up fairly high rather than sitting flush.

Sewn in bra pads
One of my pet peeves is having to adjust the bra pads every time on bras and swimsuits - finally a company that sews them in. Two big thumbs up. Flattering and love.

Although I love the look of this tank, personally I feel breathing is important. I could barely get the shirt over my head and when I did, I felt like I was wearing spanx. I cannot workout in something so uncomfortable. I even went up a size! Cute look but not practical
